    Adv. Amit Gross heads our Employment Department. He provides ongoing consultancy to a large number of Israeli companies, employers, board members, workers’ committees, and workers’ organizations on civil and commercial issues, including litigation, employment and immigration.

    Amit holds vast expertise in providing legal advice on a broad range of employment issues, whether by ongoing consultancy or in the framework of litigation, audits, disputes, class actions, merger and acquisition transactions, and joint ventures.
    Amit leads the legal aspects of the most complex transactions in the restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels, events venues, and retail sectors in Israel.
    Amit provides our clients with ongoing legal support on business disputes relating to their civil and commercial issues, corporate law and employment. He also provides employers in various areas of business with real time advice on all areas of audits by the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor, and the Ministry of the Economy and Industry.
    Amit specializes in franchise laws and managing crisis situations arising in the fabric of relationship between the franchising chains, the franchisees and the employees.
    In addition, Amit has unique expertise in all aspects pertaining to foreign employees, immigration and relocation to Israel of foreign experts, mobilization of experts, and representation before various authorities and government ministries. The largest companies in the Israeli market benefit from his dedicated and expert support.
    Amit lectures in professional employment conferences and seminars and in other professional forums.
