    Adv. Moti Philip provides ongoing legal consultancy to our firm’s clients in all areas related to civil and criminal litigation, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, organizational changes, and relocation of experts to Israel.
    Moti specializes in representing companies and officers in matters concerning employment of foreign experts and workers coming to work in Israel, while identifying and implementing creative solutions for the various challenges associated with this type of employment.
    Moti provides companies with ongoing legal support and counsel throughout the work visas and experts relocation process until the necessary permits are obtained, in a manner that prevents criminal proceedings or fines due to unlawful employment. In this context, Moti represents clients before authorities, government offices and local municipalities. Upon need, Moti files administrative appeals and petitions to any court instance or relevant tribunals on behalf of his clients.
    Additionally, Moti supports his clients through civil, commercial and administrative litigation processes in all judicial instances, courts and government authorities, and on mediation and arbitration proceedings. He specializes in criminal issues related to employment law. Moti also provides ongoing legal consultancy concerning commercial transactions, franchises, structural changes, as well as mergers and acquisitions, and is able to focus and clarify labor law related issues.
    Among his clients are numerous companies in various sectors, including industry, hi-tech, agriculture, food chains, restaurants, retirement housing, nursing assistance and human resources companies, construction companies, and more.
    Prior to joining our firm, Moti served as an associate and partner in a boutique law firm specializing in immigration, commercial law, litigation and labor laws.
