Batel represents real estate companies, developers, investors, contractors and real estate purchase groups in real estate transactions across all stages, from planning and establishment to financing, marketing and project registration. Batel handles all legal issues related to the project, its contracts and various processes, including rental and purchase contracts, combination arrangements, contracts with contractors and suppliers, marketing contracts, financing agreements and registration.

Additionally, Batel represents homeowners and developers in large scale urban renewal projects across Israel - Pinui-Binui and NOP 38. Batel provides ongoing advice to clients on all stages of the contract, including diverse financing aspects up to the project’s successful completion.
