Adv. Yonatan Gamarnik, a partner in our firm’s Insolvency & Economic Rehabilitation department, has accrued extensive experience in insolvency and debt settlement proceedings, as well as all aspects of debt arrangements, including creditors’ arrangements, liquidation and receivership processes, and financial rehabilitation.
Courts of law, companies and banks request Yonatan’s appointment as an officer, whether as liquidator, receiver, trustee or special manager for companies who entered insolvency proceedings. In addition, he represents creditors as part of these proceedings.
Yonatan also specializes in civil and commercial litigation and debt collection. He provides his clients with ongoing legal support before various court instances, as part of claims against company officers, and in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Yonatan serves as co-chair of the Writs of Execution and Debt Collection Committee in the Tel Aviv District Bar Association.
