    Adv. Hadar Raz accompanies public and private companies with all their commercial activities, while advising the board of directors, capital raising, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, privacy, various business contracts alongside labor law. 
    Hadar also serves as a legal examiner on behalf of many underwriters in capital market for various companies prior to their IPO. Hadar also accompanies various startups at the beginning of their path to initial capital raising, execution of various commercial transactions, while advising on a relevant legal-business strategy. 
    He comes from a security background, has experience in business intelligence and knowledge in Arab countries, a combination that enables him to analyze and evaluate a deal and its parties in the high-tech and capital market fields of MENA Business Cooperation Department.
