    Adv. Liav Menahem specializes in civil and commercial law, company law, international contracts, and has particular expertise in the field of maritime law, shipping and cross-border transportation.
    Liav represents ship owners, ship lessees and operators, yacht owners and operators, ship agents, international shipping companies, importers and exporters, as well sailing clubs. His expertise covers issues relating to commercial transactions, contracts, maritime law, international shipping, international insurance, and when required, supports our clients in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings.
    A former senior naval commander and deputy submarine commander in the Israel Navy, Liav has gained vast experience and knowhow from his years serving in the IDF. Alongside his legal experienced, enhance his professional perspectives on technical issues which can sometimes be critical in maritime activities.
