    Adv. Racheli (Goren) Cavallero is the Head of firm’s Hi-tech and Venture Capital Department. The support Racheli provides our clients covers legal, strategic and ongoing consultancy to company management while demonstrating in-depth understanding of commercial insight.
    Among Racheli’s clients are technology companies and startups operating in the biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cleantech, cyber, AI, foodtech, fintech, internet, ecommerce, software and hardware sectors.
    Racheli provides highly valuable legal consultancy to startups from their setup and throughout the companies’ life cycles. She offers legal support to the entrepreneurs and startups from the earliest stages of conceptual development into a company, and up to the point of capital raising, investment and exit.
    Racheli also consults investors, investment funds and venture capital funds on handling financial investments and their strategies related to technology companies.
    Offering comprehensive legal advice on all areas of a company’s ongoing commercial activities, Racheli covers commercial transactions, investments and financing, including licensing agreements, services, OEM, distribution, development, production, strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions. Racheli personally accompanies the company from the formulation of the initial stages of transaction, through all stages of negotiation and through its completion.
    Racheli also specializes, and is actively involved, in a wide range of complex local and international transactions which include licensing, technology transfer, and commercialization of intellectual property.
