Advocate Efrat Hamami specializes in issues pertaining to the Capital Market and provides legal services and consulting to Israeli and international companies operating in a range of areas, investors and underwriters on securities, company law and implementation of regulation.
Efrat supports the firm’s clients on executing public and private issues, financing transactions, writing prospectuses, reporting to the Securities Authority and the Stock Exchange, and providing ongoing consultancy to companies (acting as Company Secretary).
Efrat also provides consultancy on various commercial issues including international commercial contracts, mergers and acquisition transactions, controlling shareholders transactions, acquisition proposals, as well as companies’ structure changes and reorganization.
Efrat supports her clients in relation to their interface with various regulatory bodies, including the Securities Authority, the Stock Exchange, and the Capital Market Authority, Insurance and Savings on matters of regulation implementation and enforcement programs.
Representing both public and private companies operating in Israel and internationally, Efrat also consults companies trading in the Israeli capital market and on foreign stock exchanges in the USA, Canada and England, as well as foreign investors operating in Israel.
