Advocate Shimon Gros has extensive experience in consulting companies and individuals on civil and commercial litigation issues. He specializes in consultancy for organizations, business people, directors, shareholders, private organizations, and associations on issues relating to governance, contracts, business disputes, insolvency and economic rehabilitation.
Shimon manages litigation cases dealing with diverse disputes in civil and commercial law, as well as part of arbitration proceedings, supplementary proceedings of arbitration cancellation and approval, issue of instructions and transferring arbitrators, mediation, and alternative proceedings based on religious law and Rabbinic courts of law.
Shimon consults and provides legal support to third sector organizations, NPOs and companies, from their establishment phase as well as during their day-to-day activities. He assists with reports and audit processes, in addition to interface with service providers, suppliers and government agencies.
Due to his close familiarity with the ultra-Orthodox sector, Shimon is uniquely positioned to provide legal consulting to organizations and entities in that sector. He is active on various public forums dealing with the ultra-Orthodox public active in the workforce, consults senior officers and figures in the sector, and is a member of the Petach Tikwa Religious Council.
Shimon is co-chairman of the Bar Association’s National Litigation Committee.
